Not at all. We meet you where you are and focus on progress, not punishment. You’ll work at your own pace with expert guidance to support you every step of the way.

Our workouts are science-backed, never repetitive, and led by experienced coaches who prioritize proper form and consistent progress. With our 40-yard turf and specialized equipment, you’ll experience dynamic, plateau-proof training that keeps you motivated. Members must be 16 years or older. Minors (ages 13-15) may join with parental consent and supervision.

Absolutely not. Our community is welcoming and inclusive – everyone starts somewhere. Most of our members say the supportive environment is what keeps them coming back. It truly feels like a fitness family.

For nearly a decade, Coach Jay has been helping clients move better, get stronger, and achieve their goals. As a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), he combines science-based training with proven results and a genuine passion for guiding people toward a healthy, lasting relationship with fitness.

 

Jay’s own transformation—building strength, confidence, and overall health—fuels his commitment to helping others move without pain, feel confident in their bodies, and reach their full potential. He specializes in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, rowing, cycling, speed and agility training, and weight loss coaching. His approach blends expert technique with personalized programming, consistent accountability, and supportive coaching, ensuring clients are never left to figure it out alone.
