As a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), he combines science-based training with proven results and a genuine passion for guiding people toward a healthy, lasting relationship with fitness.

 

Jay’s own transformation—building strength, confidence, and overall health—fuels his commitment to helping others move without pain, feel confident in their bodies, and reach their full potential. He specializes in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, rowing, cycling, speed and agility training, and weight loss coaching.
