Amber is a dedicated fitness professional with over six years in the industry and four years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She brings a high-energy, client-centered approach to every session, combining deep knowledge with an authentic passion for helping others thrive.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Kennesaw State University, equipping her with valuable insight into the social and behavioral dynamics that influence health and wellness.
Amber specializes in strength and conditioning, cardiovascular health, and functional training for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether coaching one-on-one or leading group classes, she is committed to designing personalized programs that build strength, improve performance, and boost confidence.
Ashley has been coaching athletes at Elite Edge for the past year, delivering an individualized, evidence-based approach to performance training. With a focus on strength development, movement mechanics, and skill acquisition, she specializes in working with youth and team sport athletes to build a strong foundation for speed, agility, and long-term athletic success.
Her training philosophy is shaped by both her academic background and her experience as a collegiate softball player at Virginia Tech. Ashley is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, enhance performance, and reach their full potential—on and off the field.
Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Mercer University. She has also served as a volunteer powerlifting coach for the Georgia Special Olympics and is dedicated to continuous learning in strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation.
Victoria is a dedicated fitness professional with over a decade of experience in the medical field and a lifelong passion for helping others. Originally from Long Island, NY, she spent 12 years caring for patients and traveling globally with medical mission groups.
Her journey into fitness began in 2012 after becoming the full-time caretaker for a family member with an amputation. Witnessing the transformative impact of exercise and nutrition on recovery and pain management inspired her to pursue a career in health and fitness.
Victoria trained under a biomechanics and rehabilitation specialist, gaining hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities. She later became a certified personal trainer, blending her medical background with evidence-based training principles.
She has coached clients of all ages and ability levels, including amputees, individuals with Parkinson’s disease, and those pursuing fat loss, muscle gain, or improved athletic performance. She also specializes in sports performance training, helping athletes enhance strength, speed, and endurance.
Having lost 50 pounds through structured strength training and nutrition, Victoria brings both personal experience and professional expertise to her clients.
In addition to coaching, Victoria is a full-time athlete and instructor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She is a 2x World Champion (M1), Pan American Champion, and multi-time International Open Champion under the IBJJF. A black belt under 7x World Champion Leonardo Nogueira, she trains and teaches out of Alliance Headquarters in Atlanta.

Sam is a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. Her coaching style is supportive and engaging, meeting clients where they are and designing programs that are both challenging and sustainable.
With a Bachelor of Science in Event Management and three years of experience living and working aboard cruise ships, Sam brings adaptability and strong interpersonal skills to every client interaction. She enjoys working with individuals of all body types and fitness levels, with a special focus on functional movement that promotes long-term health, mobility, and independence.
Sam also emphasizes the role of nutrition in achieving lasting wellness. As a vegetarian who follows a high-protein, plant-based diet, she offers a thoughtful and practical approach to fueling the body—helping clients find what works best for their unique needs and goals.
Outside of the gym, Sam enjoys rock climbing, hiking, biking, and swimming. She’s a firm believer in building strength that not only supports your workouts but also empowers you in everyday life and outdoor adventures.
Ken Westbrook has lived in Atlanta since 1994 when he moved here from California to attend Clark Atlanta University. He was a sprinter and hurdler at CAU when a reoccurring injury cut his collegiate career short. As an athlete, Ken has always been drawn to a profession in sports medicine and athletic training. He graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a B.S. in Health Education in 1997.
Before college in 1994, Ken was an Army Paratrooper and is a Desert Storm Veteran. Years later, he was introduced to obstacle course racing and immediately fell in love. Unfortunately, during his training, Ken experienced another injury. During this time, Ken learned about and experienced Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT). Having not run for almost a year, Ken, with the help of MAT specialist Jason Colleran at Elite Edge Fitness, began running full 6-mile races in just 6 weeks. Shortly after his MAT experience with Jason, he enrolled in the Muscle Activation Techniques program and is now an MAT Specialist himself. Ken now pursues his passion and is dedicated to helping runners and active people of all skill levels achieve their goals while preventing the same types of injuries he experienced.
Grant holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Physiology. With a background as a football player and ongoing training in martial arts, he brings both academic knowledge and athletic experience to his work.
Over the past two years, Grant has worked in the sports performance and physical therapy field, training clients ranging from everyday gym-goers to collegiate athletes across a variety of disciplines. His unique approach integrates personal training and physical therapy, allowing him to guide clients from pain and limited mobility to peak performance.
Whether working with someone recovering from injury or striving to reach new fitness goals, Grant is passionate about helping motivated individuals—regardless of athletic background—achieve lasting, high-level results.
Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently pursuing his MBA, combining academic discipline with high-performance training principles.
Specializing in functional strength, speed, and explosive movement, Nelson works with both athletes and everyday clients to build confidence, resilience, and long-lasting results. His coaching style meets each client where they are—whether they’re preparing for the next level or simply striving to improve—and challenges them to become who they’re meant to be.
Reuben Jones is a passionate and results-driven fitness coach with a background in both high-level athletics and combat sports. A former Division I University of Michigan football linebacker, Reuben brings the discipline, intensity, and strategic mindset of elite competition into every training session. With years of experience in Jiu-Jitsu and other fighting disciplines, he has a unique ability to blend strength, mobility, and real-world functional movement into his programs.
Reuben is known for his meticulous focus on proper form and technique, ensuring clients not only get stronger but also gain function . His training approach emphasizes muscle activation, explosive power, and athletic conditioning, while also incorporating nutrition guidance and mental health strategies to support clients beyond the gym. This holistic approach helps athletes and everyday clients alike build lasting strength, confidence, and resilience.
